Foot reflexology is based on the principle that the foot is like a chart for the rest of the body. Its divided into ten reflex zones and is basically a mirror image of the body. By looking at a reflexology chart you can see that each zone corresponds to a specific area of the body. Applied manipulation and pressure of reflex points reduces and eliminates blockages in the corresponding glands or organs and therefore restores a healthy balance to the body.
